I just spoke with a friend from Senegal this evening and the topic of gas prices is a global topic. He wishes he lived in America because we pay much less than he does. I then went over to CARPE DIEM and saw this chart I thought I'd share.
I know it does not make us feel better, but take heart because it could be worse.
