Mary Ellen Otremba (DFL) 11B: "Pro-Life Republican's are PHONY!"

Mary Ellen Otremba, a Democratic Minnesota state representative, said that Republican opposition to abortion is largely phony, that it's "just something they use" to get votes.

Representative Otremba should update the citizens of her district on how far all the pro-life legislation has progressed through her DFL controlled legislature. Then we can draw up a chart illustrating when the Republicans controlled the legislature to see what pro-life bills made it furthest and actually into law.

I do not hear Otremba out promoting pro-life issues unless it is a photo-op at MCCL rallies or similar events now that the DFL is running the legislature. I also do not think it is constructive to call other's belief's "PHONY". I certainly would not ever call someones deep seeded belief's names even if they were from a different party.
