HRCC Gas Tax Ad: Mary Ellen Otremba voted for this increase

This tax is the most regressive tax for residents of Todd County.

First because it hits the poorest and fixed income tax payers hardest. Second because Todd County will pay into the gas tax more than they will receive in road construction projects.
